just droping you a line on our service we had from all moves uk ltd in Nottingham From start to finish above any service i have ever had done, Gordon was a breath of fresh air from visit we made our minds up, the packed all our stuff in fast time and so professionally, on the day of move they arrived on time very clean lorry staff smart and all special covers Gordon had promised, there was major delay for keys and we could not unload till 4.45pm, the lads smiled till move was complete @ 10pm, as promised they put beds up for us and put all furniture where requested, the price was brilliant the service was brilliant, other companies we had round need to take a close look at there customer skills, Gordon should be training companies in customer care, as he and his teams all follow suite, plus i have never listened to staff that praise there boss great communication within the company, when Gordon popped out he brought the lads and us some food as he new we where stuff in a village, thank you for every thing. All Moves offered a great service! Gordon came round to my property and looked at everything that needed to be taken before offering a realistic and accurate quote. They had solutions and advise for other moving requirements such as packing and long term Storage. All in all, they made moving house so much easier and as close to stress free as it can be! Packing service spot on, the move went so smooth mark and Damien pure asset to the company, the unpacking service just made our life easier as we are disabled, they even made the tea all day, we have no ribs left from all the banter from the boys.
