Nestled in Central Nova Scotia, Canada, there exists a town named Truro. It is located at the eastern end of Cobequid Bay, close to south side of the Salmon River’s mouth. The city is situated at the junction of the Canadian National Railway that runs from Montreal to Halifax and the Central Nova Scotia Railway that runs from Sydney to Truro. Hence, it is also known as the Hub of Nova Scotia. Just towards the North of Truro there is an important highway junction. Highway 102 ends at Highway 104 and this is a section of the Trans-Canada Highway. The population of this town was 11,765 in the 2006 census.
